Training in heat


We're having a full blown heatwave in the Northeast. Been in the low 90s to 100s for what seems like 2 weeks now. While everyone is enjoying the comforts of A/C I decided to go for a 12 mile run when it's 95 degrees. Hydration, hydration, hydration - with electrolyte replacement, long-sleeve UV 50+ technical shirt, cap, sunglasses and MTA card for bailout option.
