PFD # 5

April 21st lunch. I browned some fresh organic veggies and then threw it all in with some israeli cous cous. Yumm. For breakfast, I guess the usual, a small microwaved yam with banana and lots of water. Later went for a class at the gym, got a bit dizzy. Don't think I will be going there again. I mean it was all good, but then I just couldn't keep up so I think it's time for me to hit the pool with my new gear that should be coming soon and take some walks. And stretch, I really can't forget to stretch. I've been doing so well with the classes because they force you to stretch, so I need to keep it up. For dinner we drove over to Santa Cruz because tomorrow I have the glucose tolerance test, I need to fast for 10-12 hrs. We ate at the Palomar, some yummy fajitas. Sam has the picture. Will post later. I'm also reading the book Unbroken, about the great Zamperini. A runner who tells an amazing war survival story. I like it so much I wish all the books were like that! Ok, talk later.
