Today we got our dining table delivered from CB2, a really cool piece of wood I must say. Its called the Darjeeling and it derives its name from pieces of wood taken from the real Darjeeling trains in India. Of course from the cars that are no longer in service. We also received our giant floor lamp, coffee table and Sam's office desk. All really nice, I am so happy we cancelled the Pottery Barn delivery. This meal was our tonights dinner (on the new table) which consists of fresh organic greens, egg white salad with chives, clementine, organic tomatoes and bell peppers. And for the hot dish, yummy nitrate free chicken meatballs with some bean sprouts. The salad was ok because I didn't put any dressing on it, but the stir fry was yummy! For dessert I had a chocolate chip cookie from Safeway with some decaf coffee. I'm so full, I should have gone for a walk, but it's sort of late and Sam has to go work tomorrow early.
I loveeee CB2 stuff :) It's nice to get a little taste of the exotic in your apartment!
