Half Marathon



I signed up for the US Half Marathon in San Francisco that takes you across the Golden Gate and back on November 6th. Baby Kai is not due until mid July, but I should still have plenty of time to train for this thing adequately.
We also had our very first BBQ the other day, the Weber grill is pretty cool, made some AmAzinG shish kebobs with veggies, meat and chicken. The weather was a bit chilly, but nothing too crazy.
Also started making fruit and low fat protein shakes for breakfast. Decided to switch it up a bit, and helps me keep hydrated. It was so delicious. I used organic frozen peaches, blueberries and bananas. Also a few walnuts, some raisins, cup of low calorie almond milk and Aria women's protein powder with high Calcium, Folic Acid and protein.
The pictures above are of the baby crib, and Sam grilling up the shish kebobs. Yummy!
